Party Adventure's Return Policy:
Please send all returns to: Party Adventure 23400 Greater Mack Ave., St. Clair Shores, Mi. 48080.
Party Adventure reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any orders returned via shipping. We do accept in store returns. If returned via mail/shipping refund will be given on receipt and inspection of products. Please package the items you are returning securely. Broken or damaged product in return transit will not be refunded. Party Adventure will not refund shipping cost of returns, only for product.
No refunds or exchanges on the following:
- Seasonal Merchandise
- Unwrapped Merchandise
- Opened Packages
- Without Receipt
Refunds and/or Exchanges with a receipt 1 - 30 days:
- Cash for Cash
- Credit back to Credit/Debit Card used in transaction
Refunds and/or Exchanges with a Receipt 31 - 60 days:
- Exchange for different item of same value
- Total refund due will be applied as an in-store credit to another purchase
No Refunds or Exchanges After 61 Days
Party Adventure's Shipping Policy:
We ship from St. Clair Shores, Mi. 48080.
We will strive to get your order shipped out same day, but here are some guidelines we will follow:
- Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day
- Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day
- Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday
- Orders placed on holidays will be shipped the next business day we are open after holiday
Some exceptions may happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as technology issues, staffing levels, payment issues, etc.
Party Adventure is not responsible for damage to products while in transit. That issue would rest with the shipping company, but we would be happy to help you make a claim.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Discrepancies / Damaged Product / Short Product / or any problem with your order must be communicated to Party Adventure within 48 hours of delivery time.
If you need to cancel your order, please email [email protected] with 'Cancel' in the subject line. If we receive this before your order is shipped we will gladly cancel the order, and refund you credit card as quickly as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will be held responsible for any shipping charges that occur.
